近几年，城市再生，可持续发展，绿色建筑等成为城市发展的常论话题。在好多人眼里，城市经营是政府的大事情，普通小市民只是一个“旁观者”。回想儿时乡下小圈子的“村落”生活，人与人之间紧密联系、浓浓的人情味在街头巷弄间发散，还有那乡人齐聚的仪式活动，无一不是让独立个体融入生活。这种村落生活营造出的归属与存在感，完全异于当前臃肿、淡漠、疲倦的城市生活。或许，今天介绍的“台北村落之声”，能激发我们对城市再生的一些灵感和看法。
“都市再生的概念包含了創新、開發導向、公私合夥、整合、生態永續等多方面向的整合，透過城市的軟創新實力，產出更豐富多元的城市記憶。而台北村落之聲就是要透過都市再生策略，將更多元、更具活力的創意讓市民共享。”
Village Taipei网站通过发布URS (Urban Regeneration Station)-城市再生基地和城市不断发生的信息，使之互通串联成为每一个小市民的“有机发声体”。URS-城市再生基地是为旧社区注入新文化活水而诞生，目前规划有七个概念基地分布在台北的各个角落。就如网站上所说，希望URS将“茁壮成既可为城市制造创意氧气，又可美化城市文化景观的大树。”

Urban regeneration,sustainable development and green architectures are becoming the hit topics related to city development area.To most of us, city management is a big issue to the government while ordinary citizens are just the ‘bystanders’. When I recalled my childhood in the village, all I can remember was how village encourage individuals to get involved into community life. People were closed connected with the nature surroundings and friendly neighbours; the whole villagers would gathering-together for various ritual ceremonies. This kind of village life created an atmosphere full of belonging and existence that completely different from the bloated and indifferent urban life that we lived now. What we present today, Village Taipei, perhaps will give you some inspiration on urban regeneration.
” The concept of urban regeneration is an integration of many aspects, including innovation, development- guiding, public-private partnerships, integration, ecological sustainability and the like. The city impression will become more diverse through its soft creative power, which is exactly Village Taipei`s mission- to share more diverse and dynamic creativity with residents.”
